2. Use of the Services

FileMDF provides online file processing tools, and much of the processing runs directly on your device. You are free to use these tools for both personal and commercial purposes. However, automating access (such as data scraping, API spam) without written permission is prohibited.

3. Data Responsibility

Although we are committed to data protection with our Privacy Policy (performing Client-side processing), users are fully responsible for the content of files loaded into the application interface. We are not responsible if data is damaged during conversion. We recommend that users always create a backup copy of the file before operating.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee absolute perfection of the output results (such as font display when converting PDF to Word). We do not bear any losses related to work interruption or data loss when the software crashes.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All interfaces, blog content, design and logo belong to FileMDF or our licensors. You may not redistribute or copy the system without permission. On the contrary, we do not have any ownership rights to the documents you upload for processing.
